As the year comes to an end, you may be going through much reflection as to what happened in the past 12 months. Some will have testimonies, others will remember challenges, while some others may think of the health issues they had to face. Some would say, ‘It was my best year’, while others may say, ‘it could have been better’. We can say. It is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous.

Divine favor is a spirit of approval, goodwill, or liking. An act of kindness or generosity. Unfair partiality; favoritism, attractiveness; prefer unfairly, help; assist, to do a kindness for divine endorsement. To be favored means: regarded or treated with favor; provided with advantages. It is heavenly ordained help when all hopes are gone.

You can simply say; "Divine Favor is blessings from God that you do not deserve nor can you explain how you received them other than by the hand of God". Favor can be displayed in many forms. For example: wealth, riches, connections, wisdom, compassion, faith, knowledge etc., these are just a few. But also mark that, not all wealth or riches on earth is because of favor, some do evil but follow God. Make His kingdom better and your life can be better.

As a believer, you belong to a Highly Favored Kingdom (Psalm 132:13-18): Every child of God is a citizen of Zion, and belongs to a highly favored kingdom. You are not a stranger to favor. Favor is very important in our lives, because it is the engineer of every great future. It is the master key to a world of fulfillment. It changes and gloriously repositions people. God determines the placement of everyone by His favor (Psalm 30:5-7). Life is not a race of strength, swiftness, or skill. It answers absolutely to favor. The quality of a man’s life is a function of the favor at work for him. 2017 shall come along with favor.

Note this: 

God loves you and wants to set you free. Jesus died for you and salvation is the gateway for divine blessings and abundance. If you are not born again, you are not free. If you want to be born again today by giving your life to Christ, or you want to renew your faith,  please pray this prayer 

“Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today. I am a sinner. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse me with Your Blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living God. I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Make me a child of God today. Thank You for accepting me into Your Kingdom.”'

Father, all I need is favor to face 2017. Bless me with love and compassion for today in Jesus name. Giving you thanks always.
