Today’s Bible passage starts with a question; will a man rob God? To rob is to steal or take what doesn’t belong to you. This is sin and punishable by death and hell fire. But God is saying here that, this unexpected attitude of man is wicked that is the reason of our curse. God is too powerful and dangerous to rob, but we are robbing Him in tithes and offerings meant for his kingdom and for that reason, instead of blessing, we have been cursed.

On this day, let us look at this important but hard to do by many, tithes and offerings. One way you can experienced favor is engage in tithes and offerings effectively. To access favor, we need not to steal from the one who can favor us. Many of us are sick and poor not because we are bad people but because of disobedience to the principles of God. In Haggai 2:8 God says “The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.” If silver and gold which is money belongs to God, then are they yours?  The answer is no.

It is clear when someone dies. No matter how rich he or she is, they never go to the grave with their cash accumulated here on earth. God takes back His money. So if God blesses you with what He has and tells you to take 9 and give Him 1, is this robbery? Then why are you stealing the one that belongs to God? When we obey God, He easily favor us. He opens the window of heaven for our sake.

Many Christians don’t pay tithe, many pastors and apostles don’t even pay their tithes. Those who even pay, are not even paying as the Lord commanded. Beloved, if you want to experience favor this year, then begin by giving what belongs to God to God and what belongs to man, man. Give to God the tithes and our free will offerings together every time it must be given. Because, the Lord watches what is in men and found the wickedness of man and the antidote is divine and total obedience. Will continue tomorrow - #13dayof30daysoffavor

God loves you and wants to set you free. Jesus died for you and salvation is the gateway for divine blessings and abundance. If you are not born again, you are not free. If you want to be born again today by giving your life to Christ, or you want to renew your faith,  please pray this prayer 

“Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today. I am a sinner. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse me with Your Blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living God. I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Make me a child of God today. Thank You for accepting me into Your Kingdom.”'

1. Father, forgive me for my disobedience for not tithing, in Jesus name.
2. Father, give me the needed grace to offer willingly to you in Jesus name
3. Father, favor me on every-side this year in Jesus name.
