We are in times when people don’t speak the truth and there is no kindness anywhere. This is dangerous and it has become more dangerous to deal with men. On this day of favor, let us look at how operating in truth and kindness can attract divine favor upon our lives. The common sense theory can tell us that, if someone is kind to you, you must return the same kindness to the other.

If you do the same to your neighbor, you have done it to God and God will return such grace upon your life. To favor means to give special regard to; to treat with goodwill; to show exceptional kindness to someone. Sometimes, it means to show extra kindness in comparison to the treatment of others; that is, preferential treatment.

Wicked people shall perish but those who operate in compassion and truth shall inherit the goodness of the land. Wickedness can deprive you from getting divine favor from God. What about the man who is not truthful? Our main text is telling us that “do not let kindness and truth leave you; bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good repute in the sight of God and man.

This tells us that, those who operate in lies cannot access divine favor. A lying tongue is dangerous. To be truthful is to be genuine just as the Lord wants, but due to our own selfishness we lie. We lie to people old and young, our pastors and leaders and even our own self. So how can you be favored with this double standard lifestyle? Be truthful and trust in God and all shall be well in the sight of God and man - #17day30daysoffavor

Note this: 

God loves you and wants to set you free. Jesus died for you and salvation is the gateway for divine blessings and abundance. If you are not born again, you are not free. If you want to be born again today by giving your life to Christ, or you want to renew your faith,  please pray this prayer 

“Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today. I am a sinner. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse me with Your Blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living God. I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Make me a child of God today. Thank You for accepting me into Your Kingdom.”'

1. Father, let me have favor with you, arise o my God, and anoint me with holy oil just as David.
2. Father, end all darkness around me; destroy stones of darkness and shadow of death that pursues me in Jesus name.
3. Father, arise against every spiritual veil of powers of darkness covering my divine favor in Jesus name.
