Another principle that attract divine favor is godly repentance. Nineveh sinned against God. In fact, God was going to destroy the land. Jonah was sent to the land but because of their sins and how wicked that nation was, Jonah refused to go. But by divine move of God, Jonah went to the land.  

When the word reached the king of Nineveh, he arose from his throne, laid aside his robe from him, covered himself with sackcloth and sat on the ashes. He issued a proclamation and it said, “In Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles: Do not let man, beast, herd, or flock taste a thing. Do not let them eat or drink water. But both man and beast must be covered with sackcloth; and let men call on God earnestly that each may turn from his wicked way and from the violence which is in his hands. Who knows, God may turn and relent and withdraw His burning anger so that we will not perish.”

God was faithful to their godly repentance, and saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. This is a clear example of repentance. It is not when you will not drink alcohol but you are the one who sell it. Full repentance is what the Lord desire so you can operate in divine favor.

If you want to be a person of Divine favor you must be a person who is repentant. Nothing puts you in the right standing with the Lord apart from repentance, and that is the reason why God said David was a man after His own heart, not because David never sinned, but because he had a repentant heart. Today, we have believers who defend their sins, worse still others even deny their sins and this is a person expecting God to favor them. Be repentant to enjoy God’s favor today –#8day30daysoffavor

Note this: 

God loves you and wants to set you free. Jesus died for you and salvation is the gateway for divine blessings and abundance. If you are not born again, you are not free. If you want to be born again today by giving your life to Christ, or you want to renew your faith,  please pray this prayer 

“Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today. I am a sinner. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse me with Your Blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living God. I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Make me a child of God today. Thank You for accepting me into Your Kingdom.”'
